Ingredients
- 500 g peeled shrimp;
- 250 ml cream, 20% fat;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 3-4 sprigs of herbs to taste;
- 25 g butter;
- 40 g hard cheese;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thaw and pat dry the shrimp with paper towels. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, grate the cheese.
- Heat a skillet with butter and sauté the garlic for literally 30 seconds.
- Then add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Pour in the cream, add the grated cheese, salt, and spices, and stir the sauce until the cheese is completely melted.
- Cook the dish for another 3-4 minutes over low heat. Before serving, sprinkle the shrimp with chopped herbs.
