Ingredients
- 8 sheets of rice paper;
- 250 g smoked chicken fillet;
- 1 long cucumber;
- 1 carrot;
- 150 g cream cheese;
- 80 g mixed greens;
- 2 green onion stalks.
Step-by-step recipe
- Cut the smoked chicken fillet into thin strips. Peel and grate the carrot on a Korean grater, cut the cucumber into long julienne strips, and finely chop the green onions.
- Dip the rice paper sheets one by one into warm water for 10-15 seconds until they become soft.
- Place a little mixed greens, cream cheese, smoked chicken, carrot, cucumber, and green onion on the edge of each sheet.
- Fold the side edges of the rice paper inwards and tightly roll up the spring rolls.
- Serve the spring rolls immediately after preparation with sweet and sour or soy sauce. Enjoy!
