Ingredients
- 8 sheets of rice paper;
- 200 g crab sticks;
- 1 long cucumber;
- 150 g cream cheese;
- 80 g salad mix;
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
Step-by-step recipe
- Cut the crab sticks into thin strips, and the cucumber into long julienne strips.
- Pour warm water into a wide plate and alternately dip the rice paper for 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft.
- Place a little salad mix, cream cheese, cucumber, and crab sticks on one edge of the sheet. Sprinkle the filling with sesame seeds.
- Fold the side edges of the rice paper inwards and tightly roll into a neat roll.
- Prepare the remaining spring rolls in the same way and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
