Ingredients

  • 800 g ground chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 2 tablespoons semolina;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Grate the onion on a fine grater, press the garlic through a press, and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Mix the ground chicken with onion, garlic, egg, semolina, parsley, dried garlic, ground black pepper, and salt. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Then, with wet hands, form small patties from the mixture and cook them for 25-30 minutes in a steamer according to the instructions.
