- 800 g ground chicken;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons semolina;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Grate the onion on a fine grater, press the garlic through a press, and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix the ground chicken with onion, garlic, egg, semolina, parsley, dried garlic, ground black pepper, and salt. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Then, with wet hands, form small patties from the mixture and cook them for 25-30 minutes in a steamer according to the instructions.
