These turkey patties are perfect for an everyday meal and will be enjoyed by the whole family. We're sharing a tried-and-tested recipe!

Ingredients

  • 700-800 g ground turkey;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 2 tablespoons of bran or rolled oats;
  • 2 sprigs of fresh herbs;
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Peel and finely grate the onion, finely chop the herbs.
  2. Combine the ground turkey with the onion, egg, bran or rolled oats, herbs, dried basil, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Afterward, with wet hands, form small patties of equal size and place them on a steamer tray. Cook the patties for approximately 25-30 minutes.
