Ingredients
- 700-800 g ground turkey;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons of bran or rolled oats;
- 2 sprigs of fresh herbs;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and finely grate the onion, finely chop the herbs.
- Combine the ground turkey with the onion, egg, bran or rolled oats, herbs, dried basil, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
- Afterward, with wet hands, form small patties of equal size and place them on a steamer tray. Cook the patties for approximately 25-30 minutes.
