Ingredients
- 600 g pollock fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons semolina;
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Pass the pollock fillet through a meat grinder, grate the onion finely, and finely chop the dill.
- Mix the fish mince with onion, egg, semolina, dill, dried garlic, ground pepper, and salt. Let the mince rest for 10-15 minutes.
- With wet hands, form small patties from the mince and place them in a steaming container.
- Pour water into the multicooker bowl and cook the fish cakes for approximately 20-25 minutes in "Steam" mode.
