Ingredients
- 500 g pork loin;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and pat dry the pork loin with paper towels. Cut the meat into steaks about 2.5 cm thick.
- Mix olive oil, whole grain mustard, dried garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the steaks with this marinade on all sides and let them marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- After marinating, place the meat in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is a small space between the steaks.
- Cook the steaks for 8-10 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius, then flip them over and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked pork loin steaks to a warm plate, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
