Trout Steaks with Potatoes and Vegetables in the Oven

Ingredients
- 4 trout steaks;
- 800 g potatoes;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 red onion;
- 150 g cherry tomatoes;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and coarsely chop all vegetables, leave cherry tomatoes whole.
- Mix olive oil with rosemary, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Brush the trout with one-third of this aromatic marinade, and toss the vegetables with the remaining portion.
- Arrange potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F).
- After that, remove the dish, add cherry tomatoes, and arrange the trout steaks on top.
- Return the dish to the oven for another 18-20 minutes, until the fish is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
