Ingredients
- 4 trout steaks;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the trout steaks with paper towels. Press the garlic through a press.
- In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce with honey, lemon juice, garlic, dried ginger, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Brush the trout with this marinade and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Afterward, transfer the fish to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the trout steaks for approximately 18-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).
