Trout with Potatoes in an Air Fryer – A Great Dinner Recipe

The fish remains juicy, and the potatoes get an appetizing golden crust. All this is cooked with minimal effort from your side. A simple recipe for your everyday menu!

Ingredients
- 800 g trout fillet or portioned pieces;
- 600 g potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 2 tablespoons chopped herbs.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the trout with paper towels. Peel and slice the potatoes into wedges.
- Press the garlic through a press and mix it with olive oil, rosemary, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Brush the trout with half of the aromatic mixture, and toss the potatoes with the other half.
- Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket, and place the trout on top or next to them.
- Cook the dish for 20-25 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). Before serving, sprinkle the trout with chopped herbs.
