- 4 tuna steaks;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the tuna steaks with paper towels. Press the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix the olive oil with lemon juice, garlic, thyme, ground black pepper, salt, and half of the parsley.
- Brush the steaks with the prepared marinade and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, wrap each steak in a separate sheet of foil and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake the tuna for approximately 15-18 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). Sprinkle with the remaining parsley before serving.
