Ingredients
- 700-800 g ground turkey;
- 300 g zucchini;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, let it sit for a few minutes, then drain the excess liquid.
- Grate the onion on a fine grater and press the garlic through a press.
- Combine the ground turkey with zucchini, onion, garlic, egg, oatmeal, parsley, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell slightly. Then, with wet hands, form small patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Flip them once halfway through the process using a spatula.
