Turkey Fillet in Sour Cream Sauce in a Pan – Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients
- 700-800 g turkey fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 200 ml sour cream, 20% fat;
- 100 ml water or broth;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and pat dry the turkey fillet with paper towels. Cut the meat into small pieces, and the peeled onion into half-rings.
- Fry the turkey for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden brown in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
- Add the onion and cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix the sour cream with water, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Pour the prepared sour cream sauce into the pan, stir, and simmer the dish for another 12-15 minutes over low heat until the turkey is cooked through.
