Turkey Thigh Fillet Baked in Foil in the Oven

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg turkey thigh fillet;
- 5 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and pat dry the turkey thigh fillet with paper towels. Make several small incisions on the surface of the meat with a knife.
- Peel and slice the garlic thinly, then insert the slices into the incisions.
- Mix the whole grain mustard, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the turkey thigh fillet with the prepared mixture and let it marinate for 40 minutes.
- Then, tightly wrap the turkey in two layers of foil and transfer it to a baking dish.
- Bake the dish for 1 hour 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. After that, unwrap the foil and bake the turkey for another 15-20 minutes until a beautiful golden-brown crust forms.
