Turkey Thigh Fillet in a Roasting Bag in the Oven – Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg turkey thigh fillet;
- 2 onions;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and pat dry the turkey thigh fillet with paper towels. Peel and slice the onions into thick half-rings.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, vegetable oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Rub the turkey with the prepared marinade, place it in a roasting bag, add the onions, and let it marinate for 40 minutes.
- Then tie the bag at both ends and make several small punctures on top with a toothpick.
- Bake the turkey thigh fillet for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). After this, cut open the bag and bake the turkey for another 10-15 minutes until a beautiful golden-brown crust forms.
