Preparation: Whisk eggs and both types of sugar with a mixer, add sour cream and mix. Add sifted flour with baking powder. Place apricot halves in a baking dish, pour the batter over them, and bake the charlotte in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
