Preparation: Prepare sugar syrup and mix it with fish sauce, lime juice, and thin chili rings. Boil peeled shrimp and calamari until cooked, then finely chop the calamari. Blanch the noodles, add onion half-rings, large tomato cubes, celery, and green onions to the salad. Pour the dressing over the dish.

Preparation: Finely chop the onion, blanch half of it with boiling water, and fry the other half with oyster mushrooms and garlic. Separately boil eggs, calamari, and shrimp, peel everything, and chop. Dice the cucumbers, and for the dressing, mix olive oil, sour cream, lemon juice, and zest. Place the salad on a plate and let it chill in the refrigerator.
