You will need: 1 package puff pastry, 350 g pork tenderloin, 120 g hard cheese, 2 tomatoes, 1 sweet bell pepper, 220 g mushrooms, 1 yolk, 110 g butter, spices.
Preparation: Fry finely chopped pork and mushrooms separately in butter, combine in one pan, add chopped tomatoes and pepper, grated cheese, season with spices.
