You will need: 250 g rice noodles, 1-2 bell peppers, 4 bunches green onions, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tbsp butter, 2 l broth, 80-100 ml soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp potato starch, ground red pepper.

Preparation: Finely chop both types of onion and garlic. Fry the regular onion in butter until soft, add garlic with green onions and fry for another 4-5 minutes, stirring. Then add the bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.

Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Mix soy sauce with potato starch until dissolved and pour into the pot, continuing to stir. Separately cook the rice noodles, add them to the soup, and sprinkle with hot ground pepper when serving.
