Fry everything together for 4-5 minutes in butter, pour in water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat and add the pumpkin. Heat everything for another 5 minutes and blend the soup with an immersion blender. Season to taste and serve.

20. Udon Noodles with Ginger
