When you're tired of your usual grains or pasta, we recommend trying Israeli ptitiim. It partly resembles couscous and bulgur, but it's used in the same way – to prepare various dishes with meat, vegetables, sauces, or other additions. Take note of our 20 recipes!

You will need: 200g ptitiim, 300g chicken, 150ml cream, salt, spices.

Meanwhile, cook the ptitiim according to package directions, then combine it with the chicken and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. When serving, you can sprinkle with chopped herbs or grated cheese.
