You will need: 3 eggs, 1 sheet of lavash, 50 ml milk, 20 g butter, 4 sprigs of herbs, salt.
Preparation: Whisk eggs with milk and salt, then add chopped herbs. Grease the lavash sheet with butter and line the bottom of the pan with it, letting the edges hang over.
Place more pieces of butter, pour in the egg mixture, and fold over the hanging edges so the eggs are inside the envelope. Place the remaining butter on top, cover the pan with a lid, and cook the omelet for 6-7 minutes over low heat. Then flip it, cover again, and cook for another 6-7 minutes.

You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 3 eggs, 80-100 ml milk, 100 g hard cheese, 20-30 g butter, salt.
Preparation: Whisk eggs with milk and salt. Grease the pan with butter and place the lavash sheet in it, pour in the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese, and cover with the hanging edges. Place pieces of butter on top, cover with a lid, and fry the omelet for 5 minutes on each side over low heat.

3. Omelet with Sausage and Cheese in Lavash

You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 3-4 eggs, 50 g sausage, 80 g hard cheese, 3 green onion stalks, salt.
Preparation: Cut a circle from the lavash to the diameter of the pan. Whisk eggs with salt, pour the egg mixture into the pan, and wait until it sets. Then cover the omelet with lavash and carefully flip it using a plate.
Spread finely chopped sausage, chopped green onions, and grated cheese. Fold the preparation in half so that the omelet with the filling is like an envelope. Fry on both sides for 2 minutes.

You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 3 eggs, 30 ml milk, 50 g mushrooms, 25 g onion, 50 g hard cheese, salt.
