Preparation: Cut off the tops and core the apples, remove some of the pulp, then sprinkle everything with lemon juice. Melt the butter and sauté the chopped apple pulp with candied fruits, orange zest, sugar, remaining lemon juice, rum, and ground cinnamon. Simmer the filling until soft, then fill the apples with it, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for approximately 20 minutes in the air fryer at 160 degrees Celsius.
