You will need: 3 pears, 100 g walnuts, 100 g honey, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon.

Preparation: Set aside some whole walnuts, and finely chop the rest. Cut the pears in half, remove the cores, and place whole walnut kernels in their place. Drizzle the pears with lemon juice, pour honey over them, sprinkle with cinnamon and the remaining chopped walnuts. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

You will need: 3 pears, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp butter, 50 g sugar, vanilla sugar.

Preparation: Peel and cut the pears in half, remove the cores, and drizzle the halves with lemon juice. Mix regular and vanilla sugar to taste and sprinkle over the pears.

Place a piece of butter in each core cavity and bake the fruit for about 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Then, flip the pears over, pour the caramel from the tray over them, and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until desired softness.
