Ingredients
- 500 g mussels on half shells;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 80 g sour cream, 20% fat;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

- Grate the cheese on a medium grater and mix it with sour cream, soy sauce, paprika, and ground black pepper.
- Spoon the cheese filling onto each mussel, ensuring it completely covers the meat.
- Arrange the mussels in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F) until the cheese is fully melted and slightly browned. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
