Ingredients
- 1 kg smoked meats;
- 200 g cooked chicken fillet;
- 300 g potatoes;
- 1 large carrot;
- 2 large onions;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- 200 g pickled cucumbers;
- 250 g pitted olives;
- 100 g tomato paste;
- 50 ml vegetable oil;
- 4 bay leaves;
- 6 black peppercorns;
- 4 allspice berries;
- salt to taste;
- 8 liters meat broth.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Cut the smoked meats, cooked chicken fillet, pickled cucumbers, carrots, peeled potatoes, and onions. Peel the garlic and crush it with the flat side of a knife blade.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the cauldron, add the onions and carrots, and fry until soft.
- Then add the pickled cucumbers, spices, garlic, and tomato paste mixed with a small amount of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes, smoked meats, cooked chicken fillet, and cook all together for 15 minutes.
