You don't have to deep-fry doughnuts in a lot of oil for them to be delicious. Fluffy cottage cheese doughnuts made in a multi-baker retain a delicate texture, cook quickly, and are perfect for a home tea party. This cooking method makes the process simpler and more convenient! We share a proven recipe!

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Servings: 6.

Ingredients

  • 150 g cottage cheese;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 100 ml milk;
  • 280-300 g wheat flour;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • salt and vanilla.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Whisk eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Pour in milk and whisk again.
  2. Add cottage cheese and whisk the mixture again. It's convenient to do this with an immersion blender.
  3. After that, pour in the melted butter, mix, and gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder.
  4. The dough for the multi-baker will be thick and sticky, but not firm enough to roll into a ball.
  5. Spoon the dough into the doughnut molds.
  6. Bake the cottage cheese doughnuts for approximately 3-4 minutes, according to your multi-baker's instructions.
