Ingredients
- 800 g frozen dumplings;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- salt and ground black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Heat the cauldron with vegetable oil and fry the dumplings in it for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- After that, add the onion and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Add butter and garlic.
- Pour in about 100 ml of hot water, cover the cauldron with a lid and cook the dumplings for 8-10 minutes until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can sprinkle the finished fried dumplings with chopped herbs before serving.
