Georgian Salad with Beef and Bell Pepper

Ingredients
- 400 g beef;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 red onion;
- 50-60 g walnuts;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar;
- 1 teaspoon khmeli-suneli;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Boil the beef until tender, then cool completely and cut into thin strips.
- Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into strips, and the red onion into thin half-rings.
- Roughly chop the walnuts, finely chop the cilantro, and press the garlic.
- For the dressing, mix vegetable oil with wine vinegar, garlic, khmeli-suneli, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Combine all ingredients, pour the prepared dressing over the salad, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.
