Ingredients

  • 400 g beef;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 50-60 g walnuts;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar;
  • 1 teaspoon khmeli-suneli;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Boil the beef until tender, then cool completely and cut into thin strips.
  2. Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into strips, and the red onion into thin half-rings.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts, finely chop the cilantro, and press the garlic.
  4. For the dressing, mix vegetable oil with wine vinegar, garlic, khmeli-suneli, ground black pepper, and salt.
  5. Combine all ingredients, pour the prepared dressing over the salad, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.
