Ingredients
- 250 g Napa cabbage;
- 200 g feta cheese (or fetaxa);
- 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 50 g pitted black olives;
- 2-3 sprigs of basil or parsley;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Step-by-step recipe
- Coarsely shred the Napa cabbage, slice the cherry tomatoes into wedges, the cucumber into half-moon slices, and the bell pepper into large strips or squares.
- Dice the feta cheese and separately mix the olive oil with lemon juice, oregano, and ground black pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, pour the dressing over, and gently mix so that the feta cheese cubes retain their shape.
- Garnish the Greek salad with basil or parsley leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy!
