Grilled Sea Bass on the Barbecue – Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets, 400-500 g each;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Clean the fish, remove the entrails and gills, rinse and pat dry the fillets. Make shallow cuts on the sides with a knife.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the sea bass with this marinade inside and out and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Then, place the sea bass on an oiled grill grate and grill on the barbecue for about 12-15 minutes over well-burnt coals, turning occasionally. Done!
