Preparation: Pre-bake or boil the beets. Finely chop the red onion, add a third of the sugar, a little salt, and pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes. Then rinse the onion, thinly shred the cabbage, mix them together, and add lemon juice, the remaining sugar, and a little more salt. Mash everything with your hands, add grated beets, corn, a little oil, and spices to taste. Mix the salad.
