3. Transfer the berries to a glass container;
4. Dissolve half of the sugar in warm boiled water;
5. Pour in the syrup so that the contents fill approximately 2/3 of the volume – no more;
6. Place a rubber glove with a hole in one finger over the container and store the wine in a dark place;
7. Stir the mixture once a day, and after 4 days, filter out the berry pulp and pour it back into the jar;
8. At this stage, taste the future wine and add sugar, but stir it with a wooden spatula – not metal;
9. Store the wine for three weeks in a cool, warm place, then filter again and bottle. Done!

2. Homemade Blackcurrant Wine with Raisins
Raisins accelerate fermentation and add subtle notes to the wine's aftertaste.
You will need: 5 kg blackcurrants, 10 cups sugar, 10 cups water, 50 g raisins.
Preparation:
1. Sort the berries and crush them so that no whole ones remain;
2. Pour cold water into the same container and mix thoroughly;
3. Gradually add sugar and stir, then add the raisins at the very end;
4. Pour the wine mixture into jars, cover with a thick cloth or lid;
5. Store the wine in a dark place, but stir once a day to prevent mold;
6. After a week, filter the mixture and carefully squeeze all the juice from the berry pulp;
7. Pour the wine into glass jars, cover them with latex gloves with a punctured finger;
8. Do not discard the remaining berries; add a little more sugar and water, and store in a cool place for a week;
9. After the specified time, filter it and pour it into glass jars with gloves, just like the first batch;
10. After another week, finally strain both batches of wine, combine, and bottle.

3. Homemade Blackcurrant Wine with Yeast
This recipe requires special wine yeast, which accelerates the fermentation process!
You will need: 6 kg blackcurrants, 3 kg sugar, water, 3 packets wine yeast.
Preparation:
1. Sort the berries, remove debris, and crush without washing;
2. Add 3 liters of water to the berry pulp and let it stand for about an hour;
3. Boil one-third of the sugar in 4.5 liters of water for a minute, remove from heat, and let cool;
4. In a large enamel container, mix the berry pulp with yeast and syrup, cover with a cloth, and store in a warm place for a week;
5. After a week, filter the mixture and pour the wine into glass jars, filling approximately 2/3 of their volume;
6. Similarly, boil another third of the sugar in 3 liters of water, cool, and pour into the jars with the wine mixture;
7. Place gloves with a hole over the top, and store in a dark place for 10 days;
8. Filter the liquid and pour it again into sterilized jars (with boiling water) up to 2/3 full;
9. Prepare the same syrup from the remaining sugar, cool, pour, put on gloves, and store for another week;
10. Filter the wine one last time and bottle it in glass bottles!
