Ingredients
- 300 g hot smoked fish;
- 4 potatoes;
- 3 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 red onion;
- 3 sprigs of dill;
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- salt to taste.
Step-by-step recipe
- Boil potatoes in their skins, cool completely, peel, and cut into small cubes.
- Remove skin and bones from the smoked fish, then flake the fillet into small pieces. Dice the pickled cucumbers, slice the onion into thin half-rings, and finely chop the dill.
- Combine all ingredients, dress the salad with mayonnaise, and season with pepper to taste.
- Gently mix the salad and let it sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
