3. Khrenovina with Apples
Depending on the taste of the apples – you can change the taste of the entire preserve!
You will need: 100 g horseradish, 10 cloves garlic, 400 g tomatoes, 200 g apples, 1 tsp vinegar, spices.
Preparation: Peel garlic and horseradish, rinse, dry, and finely grate or blend. Peel tomatoes and apples, and core the apples. Blend everything together, add vinegar and spices, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Pour khrenovina into sterilized jars and seal.
4. Khrenovina with Cranberries
Instead of cranberries, you can use lingonberries, viburnum, or another berry to your taste.
You will need: 100 g horseradish, 500 g apples, 50 g cranberries, 3 cloves garlic, 30 ml apple cider vinegar, salt.
Preparation: Chop the apples and bake them in the oven until they soften and release juice. Grate the horseradish, put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. This khrenovina does not need to be cooked.

5. Khrenovina with Sugar and Vinegar
This sauce keeps better in winter, and its flavor is richer!
You will need: 1 kg tomatoes, 100 g horseradish, 80 g garlic, 2 tsp each salt and sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar.
Preparation: Peel horseradish and garlic, peel blanched tomatoes, chop everything and put into a blender. Add vinegar, spices and blend for about 10 minutes until smooth.

6. Khrenovina with Vegetable Oil
The sauce turns out a bit oily, but more tender and uniform.
You will need: 500 g tomatoes, 100 g sweet pepper, 60 g hot pepper, 5 cloves garlic, 50 g horseradish, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp salt.
Preparation: Pass horseradish, garlic, and hot pepper through a meat grinder or blend. Add washed and peeled tomatoes with sweet pepper, and finally – all other ingredients. Simmer the khrenovina for about an hour over medium heat and pour into sterilized jars.

This preserve has nothing in common with tomato khrenovina, but it's also delicious!
You will need: 500 g horseradish, 1 kg beets, 100 g sugar, 30 g salt, 175 ml vinegar.
Preparation: Soak horseradish in water for 20 minutes, and in the meantime, blend the beets. Add the peeled horseradish to it, mix well, add vinegar, salt, and sugar. That's it – all that's left is to put it into sterilized jars and seal!

8. Khrenovina without a Blender
If you don't have a blender – an old-fashioned meat grinder will suffice!
You will need: 1 kg tomatoes, 100 g horseradish, 10 cloves garlic, 2 tsp each salt and sugar.
Preparation: Peel horseradish and grate it, crush the garlic with a press, and blanch and peel the tomatoes. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder and strain through a coarse sieve. Mix the ingredients, add spices, stir, and pass the entire mixture through the meat grinder again. Done!
