Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 150 ml milk;
- 100 ml beef broth or water;
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour;
- 20 g butter;
- salt, ground nutmeg, and ground black pepper to taste.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Finely chop and sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened.
- Add the minced meat and cook for 8-10 minutes, constantly breaking up lumps with a spatula.
- Next, sprinkle in the flour, mix, and cook for about 1 minute, then gradually pour in the milk and broth.
- Season the gravy with salt and spices, and simmer for another 8-10 minutes over low heat until thickened.
- Serve the prepared gravy with pasta and sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
