Ingredients
- 300 g smoked chicken fillet;
- 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- 100 g hard cheese;
- 80 g croutons;
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 50 g salad mix;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- salt to taste.
Step-by-step recipe
- Cut the smoked chicken fillet into slices or small cubes, and the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and press the garlic through a press.
- For the dressing, separately mix the mayonnaise with garlic and ground black pepper.
- Combine the smoked chicken, tomatoes, grated cheese, and salad mix, dress everything with the prepared dressing, and gently mix.
- Add the croutons just before serving the salad so they don't get soggy and remain crispy.
