3. Simple Cabbage Salad
Instead of sesame oil, you can use pumpkin or sunflower oil.
You will need: 500 g cabbage, 3 cucumbers, 2 cloves garlic, a bunch of cilantro, 3 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp cumin, sesame oil, spices, 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Preparation: Finely shred and mash the cabbage, salt it, add minced garlic and cucumber cut into strips. Add finely chopped herbs, cumin and sesame seeds fried in vegetable oil. Dress the salad with spices and sesame oil, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
