4. Oyakodon
Behind the whimsical name hides another variation of an omelet for breakfast. This time, it's Japanese!
You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 0.5 cup rice, 6 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, green onions.
Preparation: Slice the onion into half-rings and add to a pan with boiling soy sauce. Sprinkle sugar on top and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring. Simmer the chopped chicken fillet in the sauce, and finally – pour in the beaten egg mixture and cook for another couple of minutes. Serve with rice and chopped green onions.

5. Shakshuka

You will need: 4 eggs, half an onion and chili pepper, garlic, 200 g crushed tomatoes, 2.5 tbsp tomato juice, 40 g feta, oregano, parsley, cilantro, cumin, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Chop the onion, garlic, and chili, sauté in olive oil with a pinch of sugar. Add the strained tomatoes and tomato juice, and after a couple of minutes – herbs and spices. Crack eggs with whole yolks into the liquid sauce, place feta pieces on top, cover, and bake in the oven for 3 minutes. Make sure the yolks remain quite runny, and sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.
6. Cottage Cheese Casserole

You will need: 450 g cottage cheese, 150 g full-fat sour cream, 5 tbsp sugar, 2 eggs.

7. Stuffed Tomatoes
