Preparation: Remove pits from plums and stew the fruit for 30-40 minutes until soft. Mash the mixture through a sieve, add minced ginger, hot pepper, sugar, and salt. Simmer the sauce for about 40 minutes, then add crushed garlic. After 10 minutes, add vinegar, and after another 2-3 minutes, remove the sauce from heat. You will need: 1 kg yellow plums, 1 bunch cilantro, 1 bunch dill, 1 sprig mint, 1 chili pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 head garlic.

Preparation: Sort the plums, add a little water, cook until soft, and remove the pits. Mash the pulp through a sieve, mix with the remaining cooking liquid, and bring to a boil again. Blend garlic, chili, and all the herbs. Add them to the plums along with spices, cook for another 5-7 minutes, and remove the sauce from heat.
