- Add the chicken to the tomato sauce and simmer the chakhokhbili, covered, for 35-40 minutes over minimal heat.
- At the end, add chopped herbs.
3. Turkey Chakhokhbili

- 800 g turkey
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 ml water
- 20 g butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tsp Caucasian spices

- Cut the turkey into pieces and sear over high heat until browned on all sides.
