Preparation: Boil Suillus mushrooms for 10 minutes in salted water and drain. Boil 500 ml of water with all spices, add the mushrooms and cook for another 15 minutes. Finally, pour in the vinegar, distribute the mushrooms with marinade into sterilized jars and seal.

Preparation: Separate the cauliflower into florets and parboil them. Strain and reserve the cauliflower broth, then transfer the cauliflower to a pan and fry in half of the butter. Add spices, pour in the cream, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Separately, parboil Suillus mushrooms for 15 minutes in boiling water, chop, and fry in the remaining butter. Dust them with flour and fry for another 1 minute. Add the mushrooms to the cauliflower and a little of the reserved cauliflower broth. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, mix everything, and remove from heat after another 5 minutes.

Preparation: Pour 120 ml of boiling water over the oat flakes and let them cool. Boil Suillus mushrooms for 15 minutes, drain, squeeze slightly, and finely chop. Grate the potatoes, and finely chop the herbs and garlic. Mix all the prepared ingredients, season to taste, and beat the resulting mixture. Form small cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides.

Divide the puff pastry, and roll out the larger portion for the pie base. Spread the filling and create a lattice from the remaining dough. Brush everything with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake the pie in the oven for about half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.

You will need: 600 g Suillus mushrooms, 240 g sour cream, 2 onions, 3 tbsp butter, 6 tbsp vegetable oil, spices.

Preparation: Chop the Suillus mushrooms, boil them for half an hour, rinse, and drain. Slice the onion into half-rings and fry it in half of the vegetable oil. In the remaining vegetable and butter, fry the mushrooms until the moisture evaporates.

Add the onion, sour cream, and spices to the Suillus mushrooms, and simmer everything for 5-7 minutes. Transfer the mixture to pots and bake the julienne for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. If desired, 10 minutes before the end, remove the lids and sprinkle the julienne with grated cheese.
