Preparation: Mix oil, crushed garlic, and spices to taste, and generously rub the turkey inside and out. Wrap it in a bag and leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Roughly chop the apples and pineapples, finely chop the rosemary and 5 more cloves of garlic, add lemon juice, a little zest, and more spices to taste.

Stuff the turkey with this filling, wrap it in foil, and bake for half an hour in the oven at maximum temperature. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and continue baking the bird for an hour per kilogram. Half an hour before the end, unwrap the foil.
