Let's start right away with a classic Georgian dish for a large family or company.

You will need: 800 g canned red beans, 2 purple onions, 100 g roasted walnuts, 2 cloves garlic, 1 bunch parsley and cilantro each, 1 tbsp wine vinegar, 1 handful pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp khmeli-suneli, spices.

Preparation: Thinly slice the onion, fry it, add khmeli-suneli, and fry for another 2 minutes. Add minced garlic, herbs, walnuts, vinegar, and a little liquid from the beans. Mix, add the beans and simmer for a couple more minutes. Let the dish infuse and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
