Ingredients
- 800 g chicken fillet;
- 250 g champignons (button mushrooms);
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream, 15-20% fat;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Cut it lengthwise into thin slices and lightly pound through cling film.
- Separately, chop and sauté the mushrooms with onion in vegetable oil in a pan until the moisture evaporates. Let the filling cool slightly.
- Mix sour cream with minced garlic, salt, and spices. Spread this sauce over the cutlets.
- Carefully arrange the mushroom filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the prepared cutlets in a baking dish.
- Bake the cutlets for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). Done!
