Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillet;
- 2 liters of water;
- 100 g vermicelli;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 4 black peppercorns;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Pour water over the chicken fillet, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and cook for 25 minutes. Then remove the meat and cut it into small pieces.
- Dice the onion, julienne the bell pepper, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and press the garlic.
- Sauté the onion, carrot, and bell pepper in oil in a pan for 5-7 minutes until soft, add the garlic, and cook the sauté for another 30 seconds.
- Return the chicken to the broth, then add the sautéed vegetables, bay leaves, black peppercorns, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, add the vermicelli, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- You can sprinkle the finished soup with chopped herbs or green onions. Enjoy!
