Pan-Seared Garlic Shrimp and Scallops

Pan-seared garlic shrimp and scallops are cooked in just a few minutes, and the dish turns out bright and rich in flavor. Ingredients
- 250 g peeled shrimp;
- 250 g sea scallops;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 40 g butter;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and thoroughly pat dry the shrimp and scallops with paper towels. Press the garlic through a press and finely chop the parsley.
- Sear the scallops for 1.5-2 minutes per side and transfer them to a plate.
- Add the shrimp to the same pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add butter and garlic.
- Return the scallops to the pan, pour in the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently stir and heat everything together for another 1 minute. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
