Pork Goulash with Tomato Paste in a Multicooker

Ingredients
- 700-800 g pork shoulder;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 400 ml water;
- 1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Cut the pork into small pieces. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and press the garlic through a press.
- Fry the pork for 8-10 minutes in the multicooker bowl on the "Fry" mode. Add the onion and carrot, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Then add the garlic, paprika, basil, and tomato paste, pour in the water, and mix.
- Salt, pepper, and cook the goulash for approximately 50-60 minutes on the "Stew" mode.
- After the program finishes, let the cooked pork goulash rest under the lid for another 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
