Preparation: Turn on the “Fry” mode, heat the vegetable oil and add the chopped pork. When the meat turns golden, add the chopped vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Add all the spices, mix, and spread the washed rice evenly on top. Insert the head of garlic into it, pour in water, and set the multicooker to “Bake” mode for 20 minutes. After that, stir the ready pilaf.

You will need: 700 g pork, 200 g onion, 20 g garlic, 80 g tomato paste, 1 cup water, vegetable oil, salt, paprika, ground red pepper, other spices.
Preparation: Cut the pork into large pieces, chop the onion and garlic, and send all ingredients to the multicooker. Turn on the “Stew” mode for 45-50 minutes.
3. Pork and Potato Roast in a Multicooker

You will need: 2 kg pork, 2 bay leaves, 2 g black peppercorns, salt.

You will need: 500 g pork, 1.5 cups buckwheat, 150 g carrots, 150 g onions, 3 cups water or broth, vegetable oil, salt, spices.
Preparation: Heat oil in the multicooker bowl, add the chopped meat and turn on the “Stew” mode. After 20 minutes, add vegetables to the pork, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the washed buckwheat, season and pour in water. Close the lid and continue to stew for 15-20 minutes until the buckwheat is cooked.
