We're used to pancakes being mostly thin and airy, but always plain. In reality, they can also be made with yeast. And what's more, yeast pancakes don't necessarily have to be thick and fluffy. We're sharing 15 recipes for every taste!

You will need: 500 ml milk, 2 eggs, 30 ml melted butter, 1 tsp dry yeast, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch salt, 300 g flour, 3 tbsp vegetable oil.

Preparation: Dissolve the yeast and a spoon of sugar in half a glass of warm milk, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs, remaining sugar, and melted butter. Mix this mixture with the yeast mixture, add the remaining milk, and then add the flour. Stir the dough, leave it in a warm place for 1 hour, gently mix in the vegetable oil, and fry thin pancakes in a pan.

You can't wrap fillings in these pancakes, but they are quite good with honey or jam.
